Sole Proprietor
Walter N. Keffer, Jr. is a 1984 graduate of York Catholic High School.  Mr. Keffer went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from York College of Pennsylvania in 1989.

Besides owning and operating Keffer Sealcoating since 1995, Mr. Keffer has been employed as an educator, and in the human services, mental/behavioral health fields for 23 years.

In his spare time, Walter N. Keffer, Jr. enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
